Animal Hospital Policies
To allow ample time for all patients and surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment and drop-off. Emergency cases will always receive top priority, which is why occasional delays are inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time and by the doctor scheduled.
If you feel that you may be more than 10-15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we ask that you call us so that we may attempt to adjust our schedule to accommodate your anticipated arrival time.
Convenient drop-off appointments are available for existing clients Monday through Friday. We ask that drop-offs arrive at the hospital between 7:30am and 9:30am. Please be sure to plan to spend a few minutes speaking with your pet's doctor at the end of the day so that we may go over his or her visit with you and to address any questions that you may have.
Patient Arrival Policy
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we require you to restrain your pet at all times while in the hospital. We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
Please tell a receptionist right away if your pet has been coughing, sneezing, having diarrhea or vomiting. For the safety of our patients and to decrease the spread of disease we may ask you to wait with your pet outside until an appropriate exam room is available.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. In special circumstances or for extensive procedures, a deposit may be required before your pet is treated. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks.
